Hi Tun,

There is no need to get expensive ones if you can’t afford it 🙂 My baby wears hand-me-down (80% of her clothes) and they are well worn out cotton. As long as the material is cotton, and to be safe, wash in a mild detergent (and if you can’t afford the expensive hypoallergenic ones, just wash it twice). Clothing should be cool, and your baby should be kept cool and fresh. Sweat is a common trigger for eczema flares.

The other thing is be sure to moisturize her. Again, there’s no need for expensive brands.. Choose one from an established brand, and fragrance-free, preservatives free and dye free for a start. QV (In Singapore) is one of the more affordable established brands.

Take care and lots of hugs!
Mei

Mei,

I don’t know how to contact you. I’m struggling with my baby’s eczema since she wAs one month. I am from US. Do you know some brands ( inexpensive) for clothing. I don’t work and I can’t afford those famous ones.

Thanks
Tun
